Plan for more time than indicated! Then it fits. The estimated time was greatly exceeded. Sorry, but then you have to state more directly! It really caused stress in the end! The rest is good, as expected. But next time I'll choose a service where I can rely on it working as stated.

Regarding delivery time: During the ordering process, we indicated a delivery between Friday, April 25th, and Friday, May 2nd. According to tracking information, your package was already delivered on Saturday, April 26th – within the announced timeframe.
Please note that our products are custom-made prints. Unlike stock items (e.g., Amazon), production only begins after ordering. We strive to be very transparent here and consciously give a delivery period to plan for buffer time in production and shipping.
We are sorry if it still caused stress – this is not our intention. We take your feedback seriously and will check if we can make the communication clearer during the ordering process.

I am very disappointed
Rapidcollage.de advertises with quality and indeed you find only satisfied customers on the homepage.
I absolutely cannot join them. I ordered a collage as a poster.
The colors/quality of some pictures are not good. Unfortunately, I was not informed that these photos needed to be replaced. At least that's how I knew it from other providers. The edge of the poster arrived damaged.
I waited in vain for a response to my letter about the disappointment of the poor quality. At the very least, I would have expected an apology or a goodwill gesture on the purchase price.
I have already ordered many collages from other providers, which were really all great.
This time I wanted something special and I ended up really disappointed.
That for a price that is really not cheap.
It's a shame to have to make such experiences. At least I might be able to prevent more people from having to experience this disappointment.
This company will certainly never see me again.

Quality issues should of course not occur – often blurry/reduced WhatsApp pictures are responsible. When I look at your print data, nothing negative stands out to me. What could be the problem in your case, I cannot assess without a photo from you of your product.
In the case of shipping damage, we immediately replace the product and send a new one free of charge. In your case, I have just refunded you the purchase price. I would be happy if we could produce a photo collage in the usual quality again.
Small note: We do not use Trustpilot, but you can rate directly in our shop. The monthly fees that a Trustpilot account would cost us, we prefer to invest in great templates and materials.
